Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small pot, combine 1 cup of filtered water and 1 cup of raw honey. Stir gently over low heat until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Gently crush 5-6 green cardamom pods and add them to the pot along with 2 tablespoons of dried rose petals. Stir to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  3. Increase the heat to medium and bring the pot to a gentle simmer, avoiding vigorous boiling, for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once at a gentle simmer, remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let steep for 30 minutes.
  5. After steeping, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the syrup into a clean bottle or jar. Let cool before sealing.
  6. Drizzle over pancakes, mix into coffee or tea, or swirl into yogurt.
