For the Flavors
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom Adjust according to personal taste preferences.
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds Either black or white chia seeds can be used interchangeably.

Combine Base Ingredients
  1. In a 500ml mason jar, pour in milk, followed by rose syrup and ground cardamom. Stir the mixture until well blended.
Sweeten to Taste

Add Chia Seeds
  1. Carefully add the chia seeds to the jar. Securely close the lid and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
Refrigerate to Thicken
  1. Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Serve with Toppings
  1. Stir well before serving. Transfer pudding to bowls and top with Greek yogurt, chopped pistachios, or edible rose petals.
