Combine Base Ingredients
- In a 500ml mason jar, pour in milk, followed by rose syrup and ground cardamom. Stir the mixture until well blended.
Sweeten to Taste
- Taste the mixture and add a drizzle of maple syrup if a sweeter pudding is desired. Stir until well combined.
Add Chia Seeds
- Carefully add the chia seeds to the jar. Securely close the lid and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
Refrigerate to Thicken
- Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Serve with Toppings
- Stir well before serving. Transfer pudding to bowls and top with Greek yogurt, chopped pistachios, or edible rose petals.
