Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by brewing your espresso or strong coffee using an espresso machine or drip coffee maker. Allow it to cool to room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
- While the coffee cools, prepare the raspberry puree. Blend about 1 cup of fresh raspberries until smooth and strain through a fine sieve. If using frozen raspberries, thaw them and puree.
- Drizzle in 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry puree into a tall glass and add a generous layer of ice.
- Pour in about 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup over the ice, followed by your choice of milk, filling the glass to about three-quarters full. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour in the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon to maintain the layers.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy immediately.

Serve fresh for the best experience. Consider pairing with a slice of Cinnamon Spiced Apple for an extra treat.
