Instructions
  1. Prepare the slow cooker by optionally lining it with a liner or greasing it with olive oil.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine chicken breasts with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Seal and shake until coated.
  3. Place the coated chicken evenly in the slow cooker.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and remaining olive oil.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are covered.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Garnish and serve with sesame seeds, green onions, and orange slices.
