Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter or almond/sunflower seed butter
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats certified gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup can replace with honey or agave syrup
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips use vegan dark chocolate for dairy-free
  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt enhances flavor

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir for another 2 minutes until well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion the mixture into silicone molds, pressing down firmly.
  4. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each cup and freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over each oat cup and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from molds, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve chilled.
