Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and hot sausage. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  2. While the meat cooks, cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
  3. After draining any excess grease from the meat, add the cubed Velveeta cheese into the skillet, stirring continuously until melted.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic salt, and regular salt into the meat mixture.
  5. Preheat your broiler to high and line a baking sheet with slices of party rye bread.
  6. Using a scoop, place a generous amount of the meat and cheese mixture on each slice of rye bread.
  7. Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for about 2-3 minutes, watching closely.
  8. Once broiled, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
