- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder until smooth. Fold in chicken, bacon, green onions, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out insides, leaving about an inch of crust.
- Layer 1 cup of shredded cheese on the bottom half. Spread the filling mixture, then top with another cup of cheese before replacing the top half of the bread.
- Brush melted butter on top and wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, unwrapping the foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp the top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
