Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Mango Jelly: Combine ripe mango flesh, orange juice, and water in a saucepan. Boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Blend, strain, whisk in agar agar, cool, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Make Granola: Preheat oven to 150°C. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, and salt. Combine melted oil, syrup, and honey; stir into dry ingredients. Bake for 40 minutes, adding coconut flakes in the last 10.
  3. Prepare Vanilla Yogurt: Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey until smooth.
  4. Prepare Fresh Fruit: Peel and slice mango and papaya; cut passionfruit in half and scoop out seeds. Arrange on a plate.
  5. Assemble Trifle: Layer jelly, yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola in a trifle bowl. Repeat layers and finish with yogurt and fruits on top.
