Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine granola with melted butter or coconut oil until well-coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  2. While the crust cools, add Greek yogurt to a medium mixing bowl. Mix in honey or maple syrup to taste and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once the crust is completely cooled, spread the yogurt filling evenly over the granola crust using a spatula.
  4. Arrange your choice of fresh fruits artfully over the creamy yogurt layer, mixing and matching seasonal fruits as desired.
  5. Cover the assembled tart with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
