Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine granola with melted butter or coconut oil until well-coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- While the crust cools, add Greek yogurt to a medium mixing bowl. Mix in honey or maple syrup to taste and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Once the crust is completely cooled, spread the yogurt filling evenly over the granola crust using a spatula.
- Arrange your choice of fresh fruits artfully over the creamy yogurt layer, mixing and matching seasonal fruits as desired.
- Cover the assembled tart with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
