- Start by measuring out your frozen mixed berries, ensuring they’re completely frozen for the best texture. Place them into a blender.
- Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of icing sugar to the blender with the berries. Blend on maximum speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip your egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually pour the whipped egg whites into the berry mixture while blending on low speed for another 20 seconds.
- Transfer the mixture into a chilled container, smoothing the top for even freezing. Cover tightly and place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
