Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with vegetable spray.
  2. Mix the Strawberry Cake Mix, Guava Nectar, Eggs, and melted Coconut Oil at low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium-high for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 24-26 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  4. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Beat the Cream Cheese until fluffy, then add Granulated Sugar and Vanilla Extract. Fold in the Cool Whip and refrigerate.
  6. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cooled cake and chill for about an hour.
  7. For the guava gel, combine Guava Nectar, Granulated Sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil. Mix the Cornstarch and Water to form a slurry, whisk in, and cook until thickened.
  8. Once cooled, pour the guava gel over the cream cheese layer and chill again for at least 30 minutes to set.
  9. Sprinkle Sweetened Coconut Flakes on top before serving.
