For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
For Topping
  • 1 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Method
 

Making the Cheesecake Crescent Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of cheesecake filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
