Making the Cheesecake Crescent Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of cheesecake filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
