Ingredients
  

For the Fish Mixture
  • 1 pound Boneless White Fish cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste adds depth of flavor

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Coating
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder
  • 2 tablespoons Milk helps egg mixture stick
For the Crunchy Coating
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs for crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Parsley optional
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Peri Peri Seasoning adds spicy kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Fish Marinade by combining the fish, vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Coating Mixture by mixing together panko breadcrumbs, additional flour, and dried parsley in a shallow dish.
  3. Whisk the Wet Ingredients by blending the egg and milk until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Coat the Fish by dipping marinated fish cubes into the egg mixture, then rolling them in the panko mixture until fully coated.
Cooking Methods
  1. For Deep Frying: Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep frying pot to 180°C (350°F) and fry coated nuggets for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. For Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook nuggets for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. For Baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake nuggets for 15-18 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like tartar or aioli.
