Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by finely chopping fresh green onions and garlic. Pat shrimp dry, then chop into small pieces.

  3. Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 inch deep.
  5. Fry shrimp balls for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
