Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Lay out the prosciutto slices flat on a clean surface.
  4. Drain excess liquid from the mozzarella balls and slice larger ones in half.
  5. Center a mozzarella ball on each prosciutto slice and wrap it securely.
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil, then add oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  7. Lightly coat each wrapped mozzarella ball with the seasoned oil.
  8. Bake the bites on the prepared baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
