  • 1 teaspoon Salt optional

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Broccoli Tots
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets, steam for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain well.
  3. Chop the steamed broccoli and mix with cheese, eggs, almond meal/flour, and minced garlic.
  4. Form small tot shapes using heaped tablespoons of the mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Optionally spray the tots with olive oil and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
