  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil use high-quality extra virgin for best flavor
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated, preferably fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning or substitute with dried oregano or basil
  • to taste Salt & Pepper adjust according to preference
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan optional, for extra crunch

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Mixture by combining olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Coat the Chicken by taking cubed chicken breast and mixing it in the garlic Parmesan mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure proper cooking.
  4. Prepare the Skewers by threading cubed chicken onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Air Fry the Skewers for 8 minutes, then flip them.
  6. Finish Cooking by air frying for an additional 7 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Enhance the Crunch by optionally sprinkling additional Parmesan halfway through cooking.
  8. Serve and Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
