Cooking Steps
  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked, then set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in the same pot for about 3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Add chicken broth and white beans, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Simmer until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add broken lasagna noodles, cook for approximately 10 minutes until tender.
  6. Combine the sausage, simmer for 5 minutes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
