Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded chicken, and sautéed vegetables. Mix well, then fold in half of the mozzarella.
  4. Layer crushed tomatoes at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by noodles, half of the filling, more noodles, the remaining filling, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, then bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
