Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you gather all ingredients on the counter.
  2. In your skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Gently place the shrimp and scallops into the skillet, cooking them for 3-4 minutes until both are opaque and tender.
  4. Pour in 2 cups of cream, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir the mixture over low heat for approximately 2 minutes.
  5. Carefully transfer the seafood mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese evenly over the seafood mixture, followed by a generous layer of gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  9. For a pop of color, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the gratin just before serving.
