- In a large saucepan, combine cooked long-grain rice, whole milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warm and slightly bubbling.
- Stir in sugar, ground cardamom, and a pinch of salt into the warm mixture. Continue stirring for another 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the pudding thickens slightly.
- Add golden raisins, shelled pistachios, sweetened shredded coconut flakes, and the zest of orange to the saucepan. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Scoop the pudding into serving dishes. Enjoy warm or refrigerate for a couple of hours if you prefer it chilled.
