Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine cooked long-grain rice, whole milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warm and slightly bubbling.
  2. Stir in sugar, ground cardamom, and a pinch of salt into the warm mixture. Continue stirring for another 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the pudding thickens slightly.
  3. Add golden raisins, shelled pistachios, sweetened shredded coconut flakes, and the zest of orange to the saucepan. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
