  • 1 whole Turkey Breast about 5-6 pounds
Glaze Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce preferably homemade
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Honey optional for sweetness
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
