Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  3. Layer 5-6 slices of bread in the greased dish, then add ham and cheddar cheese, followed by another layer of bread.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, black pepper, dry mustard, chives, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and milk until combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
