- In a small bowl, mash together one ripe avocado with chopped cilantro, diced onion, garlic powder, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with freshly chopped cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix with hands until just combined.
