- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then slice into thin strips.
- Marinate the chicken with garlic, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the marinated chicken over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- If using spinach, add it to the skillet after the chicken is cooked and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas, evenly distribute chicken, spinach, mozzarella, and cheddar, then wrap tightly.
- Place wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Let the wraps cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve with sour cream or dipping sauce.
