Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves Fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika try smoked paprika for extra kick
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Italian seasoning works as a substitute
  • to taste Salt and pepper adjust to fit your taste
For the Wraps
  • 4 large Flour tortillas or whole wheat/gluten-free tortillas
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese substitute with provolone if desired
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese feel free to use a cheese blend
  • 2 cups Spinach leaves optional; can swap for kale or omit
For Serving
  • 1 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt as a healthier alternative
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro or parsley as a substitute

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then slice into thin strips.
  3. Marinate the chicken with garlic, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, cook the marinated chicken over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. If using spinach, add it to the skillet after the chicken is cooked and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Lay out tortillas, evenly distribute chicken, spinach, mozzarella, and cheddar, then wrap tightly.
  7. Place wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  8. Let the wraps cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve with sour cream or dipping sauce.
