Cooking Steps
- Prepare the beef by rinsing and patting dry.
- Make the marinade by whisking all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Marinate the beef by placing it in a bag with the marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Sear the beef in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the seared ribs to a roasting pan and pour the remaining marinade over them.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast for 3 to 4 hours.
