Step-by-Step Instructions for Cajun Honey Butter Salmon
  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil, rub in, and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon fillets skin-side up for about 3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until flaky.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer for 3-4 minutes stirring gently.
  4. Pour honey garlic sauce over salmon fillets after flipping and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley, sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve with lemon wedges.
