- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini bundt pans.
- Combine the Devil's Food Cake mix and chocolate pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in four large eggs, 2/3 cup of oil, 1 cup of sour cream, and 3/4 cup of buttermilk. Mix on medium speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Fill each greased bundt pan with the batter, about two-thirds full, and bake for 17-20 minutes.
- Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk together 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of milk to prepare the icing.
- Drizzle the icing over the cooled cakes and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Add Bunny PEEPS for decoration.
