  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk or Milk can use regular milk as substitute
For the Icing
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk
For the Decoration
  • Oreo Crumbs can use crushed graham crackers as alternative
  • Bunny PEEPS use any color to match Easter theme

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini bundt pans.
  2. Combine the Devil's Food Cake mix and chocolate pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in four large eggs, 2/3 cup of oil, 1 cup of sour cream, and 3/4 cup of buttermilk. Mix on medium speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fill each greased bundt pan with the batter, about two-thirds full, and bake for 17-20 minutes.
  5. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for about 10 minutes.
  6. Whisk together 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of milk to prepare the icing.
  7. Drizzle the icing over the cooled cakes and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Add Bunny PEEPS for decoration.
