Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the yogurt by letting it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Whisk in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. Mash half of the blueberries in a separate bowl to create a chunky puree.
  3. Fill molds with the yogurt mixture, filling them about two-thirds full.
  4. Add a dollop of mashed blueberries into each yogurt mold and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours until solid.
  6. Pop out of the molds and store in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
  7. Thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before serving for easier eating.
