- Prepare the yogurt by letting it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Whisk in honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Mash half of the blueberries in a separate bowl to create a chunky puree.
- Fill molds with the yogurt mixture, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Add a dollop of mashed blueberries into each yogurt mold and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours until solid.
- Pop out of the molds and store in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
- Thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before serving for easier eating.
