- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, almond meal, egg, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly, pressing down to form a compact layer.

- Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown on top. The bars should feel firm.

- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before lifting out of the dish using parchment paper and cutting into squares or rectangles.
