Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the raspberry preserves until well incorporated.
  3. Press about ⅔ of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the base, leaving a ½-inch border.
  5. Crumble the remaining ⅓ of the oat mixture on top of the raspberry layer, pressing down lightly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
  7. Let the bars cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
