Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic until smooth.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the avocado sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
